InstantLink is a static hosting platform. We actively investigate phishing, malware, impersonation, fraud, and other abuse. This page explains how reports are handled and how users can appeal moderation decisions.
1. Prohibited Content and Activity
- Phishing pages, credential harvesting, or payment fraud.
- Malware, drive-by downloads, and malicious scripts.
- Impersonation intended to deceive users.
- Spam or coordinated abuse campaigns.
- Illegal content or content that violates applicable law.
2. Abuse Reporting
Report abuse by contacting trust@instantlink.site with the hosted URL, category, and supporting details/screenshots. Reports are triaged and reviewed by priority.
3. Enforcement Actions
Depending on severity and confidence, we may:
- Quarantine a hosted site while investigation is in progress.
- Suspend site serving for confirmed abuse.
- Restrict uploader privileges for repeat offenders.
- Remove content or terminate accounts for severe/repeated violations.
4. Appeals Process
If you believe a moderation action is incorrect, email trust@instantlink.site with:
- site ID or URL,
- account email,
- reason for appeal, and
- supporting evidence.
We review appeals as quickly as possible and communicate the outcome by email.
5. Repeat Offender Policy
Repeated confirmed abuse can result in stricter limits, temporary upload restrictions, or permanent account termination.
