- InstantLink does not take ownership of your hosted files, websites, or media.
- We do not sell your content and do not use your hosted content to train AI models.
3. License to Operate the Service
To provide, secure, and improve the Service, you grant InstantLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), transmit, and display your content as necessary to operate and deliver the Service.
- This license includes use through our third-party infrastructure and hosting providers.
- This license exists only for operating, maintaining, securing, and supporting the Service.
- This license ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except for short-lived backups, logs, and archival copies required for legal, security, or disaster-recovery purposes.
- We do not receive a license to use your content for unrelated advertising or AI model training.
4. Third-Party Infrastructure Providers
We may use third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting, content delivery, storage, and security providers) to operate the Service. You authorize us to make your content available to these providers as needed to run, secure, and support the Service.
While we take reasonable steps to select and manage providers, we do not guarantee that content will never be accessed, processed, or stored by third-party infrastructure providers as part of delivering the Service.
5. Public Content
Content you choose to make publicly available (including content served on publicly accessible links or domains) may be accessible to others and may be processed, cached, indexed, or displayed as part of operating the Service.
6. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for content you upload, publish, or share, including ensuring that you have the legal right to do so and to grant the license described in these Terms.

InstantLink is a hosting platform. We do not author, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for user-hosted content. Views and materials on hosted sites are solely those of the relevant user.
9. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the Service available, but uptime is not guaranteed. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
10. Paid Plans and Billing
Paid features are subject to pricing displayed at checkout. Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that content will always be available or recoverable.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstantLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenues, goodwill, or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify InstantLink against claims arising from your use of the Service, your hosted content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or violations of these Terms.
